FEE REFUND POLICY
Admission Committee
The Admission Process is a matter of significance as it is vital to the reputation of the college. Selecting the right students and giving equal opportunities to all without any discrimination are the two main objectives of this committee. A separate committee is formed at the end of every academic year to look after the admission of the students for the subsequent year. The Committee guides and counsels the students to choose the right course of study. Details about the members of the Admission Committee and its functions are given below.
Functions of the Admission Committee
- To receive applications and scrutinize through the admission committee to confirm the eligibility.
- To offer counseling on the contents of the programmes offered by the College.
- To give priority to merit and maintain reservations as directed by the University.
- To decide the concessions as stipulated by the Management and the University.

Fee Refund Rules

1 | Admission cancellation request received before start of academic session. | Entire fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/- |
2 | Admission cancellation request received after start of academic session, subject to seat being filled by the college. | Entire fee after deduction of tution fee on pro rata basis. |

Hostel Fee Refund Rules

1 | First Year Students | If any students submit application for cancellation within two months only two months charges will be collected, in case student stays for more than two month entire fee will be charged. |
2 | II & III Year Students | In case any II or III year students apply for cancellation of admission in the hostel he/she will not get any refund |
3 | IV Year Students | Student will have the option to leave the hostel after first semester after that he/she can continue on his own interest or he/she can use the hostel on monthly payment basis |
